i’m a happy netflix customer, have been for awhile. the supposed “throttling” of people’s rental queues has never been an issue to me. i rent weird shit and not frequently enough. when i got the email about the settlement yesterday, i realized that it was a crock of shit.

thankfully, someone took the time to setup a website, The Netflix Settlement Sucks. it has some explicit details on the shittyness of the settlement, as well as a PDF of the letter you need to send to opt out.. so go do it!
